Politiezone Antwerpen needed a large wave of new recruits, and it needed them quickly. Its recruitment campaigns focused on job descriptions, uniforms and procedures.
That was all surface. Nobody becomes a police officer for the paperwork. People join to make a difference: to protect their neighbours, help kids feel safe and be the one who shows up when no one else will. That story was missing.
Before thinking about cameras, I interviewed officers about why they joined, what keeps them going and what makes them proud to wear the badge. Those conversations became the backbone of the strategy.
The concept was “the circle”: officers sitting together in a tight formation, with one person at a time stepping forward to tell their own story. We filmed it in an airport hangar in Antwerp, with a raw, cinematic look made to stop people mid-scroll.
We had two hours of production time, sixty officers and one chance. I also aligned HR, communication and recruitment, so every department told the same story on every channel.
In under two months, 404 people applied. The campaign finally gave Politiezone Antwerpen a voice as strong as the work itself.

No pitch, no slides. Just one conversation about where you want to take your company and your name.
If I can help, you'll know by the end of it. If I can't, I'll tell you who can.
